Booking and Usage

Start / End Km and Hours are calculated from garage to garage.
Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations will be part of your contract once booking is made.
Duty Slip must be filled by customers; no disputes will be entertained without it.
Parking, Toll, and State Entry fees are to be paid directly by the customer.
Sightseeing will be done as per the itinerary only. Vehicles will not be allowed off-route.
LakshTaxi.in reserves the right to provide a similar car if the booked car is unavailable.
All additional charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash.
AC may not work in all hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.
Drivers are not allowed to exceed speeds beyond limits set by the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
LakshTaxi.in may terminate any booking at any time without prior notice or reason.

It is the customer’s responsibility to call the cab with enough notice to reach the connecting journey.
Delays caused by traffic or other factors are not the responsibility of LakshTaxi.in.
Check the vehicle before leaving. LakshTaxi.in is not responsible for any lost bags or articles. Customers must take full responsibility for their belongings.

In case of vehicle breakdown, LakshTaxi.in will try to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly for major issues.
Minor technical problems will be repaired on-site, and customers are requested to cooperate.
Delays or expenses caused by natural hazards, accidents, flight cancellations, weather, or other unforeseen events are not LakshTaxi.in's responsibility.

Drivers will not enter no-entry zones or narrow streets causing traffic jams.
Normal driver working hours are 12 hours per day. For longer hours, inform us in advance.
In certain hill areas, driving after sunset and music is prohibited for safety reasons.
Only one pickup and drop point allowed unless multiple points are mentioned and agreed upon via email.
Multiple visits or additional sightseeing require prior notification due to parking charges.
Tour route and destinations cannot be changed without prior notice. Modified routes may affect rates.

Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations; an increase of more than 5% since booking may lead to fare adjustments.
Some tourist destinations may have “No Entry” zones for larger vehicles, requiring alternative transport at additional cost borne by the guest.
Parking areas may be far from sightseeing spots; guests need to arrange their own transportation at their cost.
Sightseeing included only at points listed in the itinerary and within city limits.
No refunds for short stays or unutilized facilities.

No cancellations or refunds will be made for reasons beyond control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, political unrest, transport cancellations, or similar events.
The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, thefts, or losses occurring during tours.
